My first wedding back from vacation was Rachel and Joe. I knew from their awesome engagement session that they would be an easy couple to shoot!
Their ceremony was at 9th street abby it had this great orange wall behind it :)
Yeah, kids love me, and I love them. This little guy was such a ham!
When I asked if they would get in the fountain they didn't even blink, they just started taking off their shoes! - Love that!

It's official, I get so many e-mails from photographers asking about night shots I will do my next "Shot Party" on city night shots. The tentative date will be Sunday Nov 16th. More details to come!!

I always shoot my night shots without flash, I just find the light on my own...but sometimes you need a little help... When is doubt, ask parking attendants for help :)

Also a big surprise announcement was made today, this is a very special episode. Today was ANOTHER door-knock, they are renovating 2 buildings! One home and one business. Today's door-knock was very emotional. I can't wait for you guys to see everything!

MOVE THAT BUS!
Like the rest of America I love the show "Extreme makeover-home edition" I watch it every Sunday with tears rolling down my face. Last week I got a phone call asking me to be an on-site photographer for the show capturing the development of the house they are building in St Louis and I was thrilled.
But then I got another phone call asking me to be the exclusive St Louis photographer to cover the door knock. I was standing about 5 feet from Ty Pennington when he jumped out of the bus with his mega-phone this morning.
Today was just the beginning, I will be covering the build all week. You can follow the story of the family, see my pictures, and sign up to help at their website. It's not too late to volunteer to help.

P.S. Incase you're wondering why I am not posting any pics here it's because at this point I can't. As of now the big fat contract I signed says I can't. But I should get clearance for some of them soon.
