Now this is what you call a "Lucky shot" - Baby Lacey saying "Peace out dude"

Whew! What a week. 7 days and 7 nights with no power, on some days in over 100 degree temperatures!

Last Wednesday a horrible storm rolled through St. Louis knocking the power out to over 500,000 homes. I was one of the un-lucky ones in the very last group of people to get theirs turned back on. It was literally the most miserable frustrating week of my life.

Bad luck seemed to follow us almost to the point where it was funny, we found a hotel....then a second storm came through and knocked out power to the hotel. We drove to my moms house in Illinois to take showers but by the time we got there they had shut off water to the whole county, etc... I can't complain too much many people had it much worse than me.

My parents, grandparents, and aunt all had pretty rough damage to their homes. I'm just thankful that all of my family including my husband, son, and 2 dogs all made it through safe and sound.

I am now officially one full week behind on editing, Thank you to all my clients who are being so patient with me I hope to get things back on track within the next week or so.

My Grandma and my mother in law are two of the biggest Cardinal fans you'll ever meet! For Mothers day we surprised them with tickets to a game at the new stadium! We just went a couple weeks ago and it was one of the best days I've ever had.

They're both in their 70's and we're like 2 little kids watching the game! Here's to you "Mama Manno" and "Granny Grunt"

I wanna be like her when I grow up!

This is the great grandmother of the bride she is 96 years old! She's one of the cutest things I've ever seen, I wanted to take her home with me. Not only did she look fantasic for her age but that's her below dancing on the dance floor! You go Grandma!

And the bride and groom....Congratulations Kristin and Adam!

Here's a recent engagement session with Julie and Jason who were a TON of fun to work with! Jason (unlike most guys) actually didn't mind having his picture taken, which makes my job alot easer :) Thanks guys!

Mike Wielgus is DA MAN! Not only is he the brains behind my awesome new website, but he is also a wedding videographer! Brides he has packages starting at only $750! When you go to his website be sure to check out Sara & Keiths opening credits, I was on that wedding as well and he did such a great job! Thanks again Mike!

His website is http://thunderstormmultimedia.com

You might recognize these names, it's Melody Sharp and Steve Sykes! Old radio friends of mine from Z1077 and The Bull! They contacted me cause they both needed to update their headshots and also wanted some pictures with their little doggies :) They're a super-hot couple and were very easy to shoot so the pictures came out awesome I wish I could post them all!

We seriously offended some old ladies in lawnchairs across the street with this pose...but it was so worth it!

Here are the doggies, Izzy and Minnie!

OKay, so if rain on your wedding is suppose to bring good luck, and a broken mirror is suppose to bring bad luck....what happens when you have both?

Poor Jackie, she held it together so well. She broke her only mirror she was using to get ready before the ceremony, then during the ceremony is poured rain! I mean POURED for about 5 minutes, then it just went away it was crazy! That's rain 2 weekends in a row for me!
